This website is run by Daniil and Iryna under the Danira name. For questions about your information, contact danira.webdesign@gmail.com.

When you contact us

We use the name, email address, service selection and project notes you submit to review your enquiry and reply. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through this form.

Messages are sent through our configured mail provider to our Gmail inbox. The website does not keep a separate database of enquiries. Your message and our replies remain in our email correspondence; contact us if you want us to locate or delete that correspondence.

Spam protection and technical data

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, loaded when you interact with the form. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information to detect automated abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Our form stores a keyed hash of the connecting IP address, request counters and submission status for abuse prevention and duplicate detection. It does not put your name, email address or message in these records. Expired records are removed when the form is next accessed; counters and status records expire within 24 hours.

Hostinger and our email providers also process technical logs and messages as part of providing their services. Their retention and processing practices are governed by their own policies and our account settings. See Hostinger's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not include advertising pixels or analytics, and the contact handler does not set a session cookie. Turnstile is a third-party security service and may use browser storage or technical signals as part of its checks.

Your choices

You can email us directly instead of using the form. You can also ask what information we hold about your enquiry and request a correction or deletion. We may need to retain correspondence where it is required for an existing project or an applicable obligation.
